This place is an old-world dining hall, which has served every Peruvian president for the last 100 years (the presidential place is right across the street). It is known for its skillfully rendered Tacu-Tacu (pan-fried rice and beans) and Butifarra (French bread stuffed with country ham)
Honestly, we did not like it very much, though the Nutifarra was ok...
