Vaccum cuisine, wagyu, and wine...

Trying vaccum cuisine with salmon... so good. The texture, completely melting once in mouth, was different than everything I had experienced so far...

 

 

 

Then we had wagyu tenderloin, probably 3A or 3B given the marbling aspect, bought at Le Bourdonnec's butcher shop in Asnières

 

 

That could not go without some drinkable...
